We use only the finest North American manufactured Sanitary Stainless Steels. The quality standards this material is held to are much more strict than standard mill grade tube found in virtually all other automotive exhaust fabricated goods, especially when compared to most offshore manufactured stainless. Starting with high grade North American Sanitary Stainless we can offer a system with maximum corrosion resistance, durability and strength.

Many know that a good paint job cannot be accomplished without proper pre paint preparation, welding is no different. Without quality material and fit up, structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing welds are not possible.

Utilizing the latest in welding technology we exclusively use inverter based welding machine, which require less energy, and offer better arc shaping and increased welding speeds. We use both plasma and tig welding processes for the highest quality welds possible for both manual and automated welding applications.

All of our tube structures are filled with argon to create an inert atmosphere to create void free full penetration welds; a standard for food, pharmaceutical, aerospace and nuclear industries.
